Bangor University - Alumni Experience

From January until June 2015 I was an alumni student at the School of Ocean Sciences at Bangor University, Wales. A year later I was asked to write something what I was doing after being an alumni at Bangor Uni.

In September 2016 they released the alumni newsletter, The Bridge, which is sent worldwide to all students who have studied at the university! Read here about my research that I did back then.

Anguilla Promotion Video

Back in June I was approached by the PR/Marketing Agency who represents Anguilla in North America. I was asked for one of the footages that I shot of the boat racing in 2015. The video is for the tourism board of Anguilla.

I provided them with one of my best footages that I got during the sailing competition of Anguilla. If you haven't see the video yet, here is the link: Anguilla Sailing Competition.

After 5 months they finally have finished the video and it is online on the Facebook page of Anguilla.
Spot one of my shots at 1:34! Enjoy and who knows one day we may see you back in on "Tranquillity wrapped in blue".

Diving with Prof. Mary Hagedorn

Prof. Mary Hagedorn visited Saba in October 2013 to give a talk at the yearly event of Sea and Learn.
Hagedorn talked about her projects and told us how coral can be preserved by cryopreservation. Extremely interesting!
Then I got the chance to join one of her field trips in which we went for a dive to count and measure juveniles and adults Elkhorn corals in Saba.

Watch the video below! I am the one laying out the transect lines.
